Hello I’m Anjana Palle, I am a registered nurse and have been in the health care industry for 23 years. I worked for the NHS in different settings from general wards and day surgery, to managing and supporting nursing homes in the care sector.
I believe that every single member of the Welwyn Grange team matters. By effectively managing the team, I can empower them to excel in their role and flourish in their career. I am passionate about care and it’s at the heart of what I do and I want everyone to share this same focus.
When I am not taking care of residents, I love looking after my family. I have two daughters who I adore and spend a lot of time them. I am a very family oriented person, I cook really well and am known to be ‘a feeder’. I enjoy going to church and have also volunteered in many medical missions. I love music, I enjoy singing and am a big movie fanatic.
I am very excited to lead Welwyn Grange’s team and together we aim to deliver the best care, so all our residents’ live happy fulfilling lives.
